Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Options
We offer several shipping methods to meet your needs. Available options include:

Standard Shipping (3-10 business days)
Expedited Shipping (1-3 business days)
International Shipping (10-25 business days)

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the packaging of your order and your location. Free shipping is available on orders over 10,000 taka within Bangladesh.

3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.

4. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on location – inside Dhaka, courier service delivers within 5 business days, and outside Dhaka within 10 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance.

5. International Shipping
Please contact us for international shipping. Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We want you to love your purchase, so please verify your product at the time of delivery from courier service. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 48 hours of receipt for Sari Collection products and 7 to 10 working days of receipt for all other product. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items shipped internationally or final sale items cannot be returned.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at saheracrafts@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

শিপিং নীতিমালা

১. শিপিং বিকল্পসমূহ
আমরা আপনার প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী বিভিন্ন শিপিং পদ্ধতি অফার করি। উপলব্ধ বিকল্পগুলো হলো:

স্ট্যান্ডার্ড শিপিং (৩-১০ কর্মদিবস)
এক্সপেডাইটেড শিপিং (১-৩ কর্মদিবস)
আন্তর্জাতিক শিপিং (১০-২৫ কর্মদিবস)

২. শিপিং খরচ
শিপিং খরচ আপনার অর্ডারের প্যাকেজিং ও অবস্থানের উপর ভিত্তি করে চেকআউট-এর সময় গণনা করা হয়। বাংলাদেশের ভিতরে ১০,০০০ টাকা বা তার বেশি মূল্যের অর্ডারে বিনামূল্যে শিপিং প্রদান করা হয়।

৩. অর্ডার প্রসেসিং সময়
অর্ডার সাধারণত ১-৩ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে প্রসেস করা হয়। আপনার অর্ডার শিপ করার পর একটি কনফার্মেশন ইমেইল ও ট্র্যাকিং তথ্য পাঠানো হবে।

৪. ডেলিভারি সময়
ডেলিভারি সময় অবস্থানভেদে পরিবর্তিত হয় – ঢাকার মধ্যে সাধারণত ৫ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে এবং ঢাকার বাইরে ১০ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারি করা হয়। কুরিয়ার কোম্পানি বা কাস্টমস ক্লিয়ারেন্স জনিত বিলম্বের জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।

৫. আন্তর্জাতিক শিপিং
আন্তর্জাতিক শিপিং এর জন্য অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন। কাস্টমস ডিউটি ও ট্যাক্স প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে এবং তা গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব। বিস্তারিত জানতে স্থানীয় কাস্টমস অফিসের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করুন।

রিটার্ন নীতিমালা

১. রিটার্নের যোগ্যতা
আমরা চাই আপনি আপনার কেনাকাটা পছন্দ করুন, তাই ডেলিভারির সময় কুরিয়ার থেকে পণ্য গ্রহণ করার সময় তা যাচাই করে নিন।
যদি আপনি সন্তুষ্ট না হন, তাহলে Sari Collection পণ্যের জন্য প্রাপ্তির ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে এবং অন্যান্য পণ্যের জন্য ৭ থেকে ১০ কার্যদিবস দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করা হবে। রিটার্নের যোগ্য হতে হলে:

পণ্যটি অব্যবহৃত, মূল প্যাকেজিংয়ে এবং প্রাপ্ত অবস্থার মতো হতে হবে।
রিটার্ন সম্পূর্ণ করতে রসিদ বা ক্রয়ের প্রমাণ থাকতে হবে।
আন্তর্জাতিকভাবে পাঠানো পণ্য বা চূড়ান্ত বিক্রয় আইটেম ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।

২. রিটার্ন প্রক্রিয়া
রিটার্ন শুরু করতে নিচের ধাপগুলো অনুসরণ করুন:

রিটার্ন অনুমোদনের জন্য আমাদের কাস্টমার সার্ভিসে (saheracrafts@gmail.com) যোগাযোগ করুন।
পণ্যটি মূল প্যাকেজিংয়ে নিরাপদে প্যাক করুন।
রিটার্ন অনুমোদনে দেওয়া ঠিকানায় পণ্য পাঠিয়ে দিন।

৩. রিটার্ন শিপিং খরচ
পণ্য ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল পাঠানো না হলে রিটার্নের শিপিং খরচ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে। আমরা ট্র্যাকযোগ্য শিপিং সার্ভিস ব্যবহারের পরামর্শ দিই। আমরা আপনার রিটার্নকৃত পণ্য প্রাপ্তির নিশ্চয়তা দিতে পারি না।

৪. রিফান্ড
আমরা রিটার্নকৃত পণ্য গ্রহণ ও পরিদর্শনের পর রিফান্ড অনুমোদনের বিষয়ে আপনাকে জানাবো। রিফান্ড অনুমোদিত হলে, তা ১০ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে আপনার মূল পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতিতে প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে।

৫. এক্সচেঞ্জ
আপনি যদি কোনো পণ্যের আকার বা রং পরিবর্তন করতে চান, তাহলে উপরের রিটার্ন প্রক্রিয়া অনুসরণ করুন এবং পছন্দের নতুন পণ্যের জন্য একটি নতুন অর্ডার করুন।
